REVIVE SWEDISH / RELAXATION MASSAGE
Our Revive Swedish Relaxation & Aromatherapy Massages are a great way to treat & pamper yourself. A very relaxing style of western massage developed in Sweden by Pehr Henrik Ling, it uses gentle but firm pressure ( you decide how firm ) to help you into a state of total relaxation, reduce muscle tension & pain, improve circulation & overall contribute to better health & well being.
Choose from a session of 90mins / 60mins / 45mins or an express 30min back, necks, shoulders & head, which can be performed (clothed seated) or on our massage table.
REVIVE SPORTS MASSAGE
A Revive Sports Massage is a great addition to anyone's health routine, a relaxing yet, predominantly muscle and joint focussed type of massage, in which we aim to, whether you are a casual sports person, athlete, or just a little sore from work or the physical demands of day to day life, assist in the decrease recovery time between workouts, relieve muscular aches and pains, reduce stiffness, improve overall movement, range of motion & well being, these session may include a combination of both massage & suggested exercises, stretching & assisted stretching

Revive Remedial will offer Remedial massage consultations & treatments from July 2019, Remedial massage is the systematic assessment & treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management.
